is a fully interactive online catalogue of Promotional
Products designed for the convenience and ease of use of executives
wanting to browse, access pricing including branding options and costs,
and place orders for premiums, corporate merchandise and gifts either

RocketPromoshop
makes finding and costing your promotional
products as easy as 1 - 2 - 3
1. Find Your Products
Search Box
Type in either a key word or RocketPromoshop
Product Code if known in
the SEARCH Box on the top of the LH transport bar, then click on GO.
The product will then be displayed.
OR A-Z Product Index
The A-Z Product Index enables you to search the RocketPromoshop
Cataglogue by Sub Category. Simply click on the Sub-Category of choice
to bring up the full product index for that Sub-Category, then click
on the product of choice to display the image and details of that product.
OR Browse By Category
- Product Categories are listed down the LH tool bar which appears
on all pages including the Home Page. Just run your mouse over the
Category list to reveal menus of Sub Categories and click on these
to bring up the products themselves.
- To browse the Catalogue, click on any Category link on the LH transport
bar, then on the Sub-Category of choice on its 'drop down' menu. This
will then display the first page of the promotional merchandise for
that Sub-Category. Scroll down the products, then either click on
the NEXT arrow to go to the next page, or on the page breaks on the
bottom menu to bring up any page. A BACK arrow is also provided to
make it easy to back track.
- For pricing and branding options on any product, just click once
on the product image to explode the image and commence the pricing
and branding calculation as per your requirements.
- Registered Users who have logged on can have the convenience of
book marking their selections for later viewing.

Site
To return to the Home Page at any time, just click on the RocketPromoshop
Logo at the LH top of each page. An underlined Home Page link is also
provided at the bottom of each page.

2. Adding Your Logo or
Message
- ‘Printing & Branding’ calculator is provided for
most products. Just click on the Go To Printing & Branding,
enter in your required logo/message details and hit the Save
& Return’ button to add the Printing & Branding
cost to your RocketPromoshop
price.
- Some products are priced with printing included in the unit price
and the Setup Charge noted as a separate item. Please remember to
add the Setup Charge to your RocketPromoshop
price to get the total cost.
Please note that with most printing options a separate Setup Charge
must be added per colour.

3. Place Your Order
Placing a RocketPromoshop
Order Online
First
You Must Become a Registered RocketPromoshop
User:
- To place orders or request samples online, you must first register
your company or organisation details with RocketPromoshop
. You can do
this by clicking on the Register Now button at the
top right of each page.
- RocketPromoshop
registration has been developed to ensure complete
security and increased efficiency for the ordering process. Corporate
staff, organisation officers, and executives can be assured that all
passwords, company details, protocols, and user information are fully
encrypted. The database is password protected and various other fail-safe
procedures prevent unauthorized entry or viewing of registered users'
information. See our Privacy Statement
for more details.
- When you register you will choose a username and a password. A
few minutes later you will receive an automated Email response which
confirms your username, password, and which allocates you a member
number. Please write these down in a safe place. You will need your
username and password to login to the web site and access the online
ordering facility.
- Login at the Client Login area at the RHS of the top tool bar by
typing your username and password in the boxes. Please enter these
exactly as they have been recorded on your Email - the facility is
case sensitive.
- When you Login, RocketPromoshop
will display your own Home Page. This
is displayed every time you login to the web site. When you have logged
in you may proceed to place online orders, request samples, and bookmark
selections from the catalogue.
- You only need register with RocketPromoshop
once. See Your
Password and User Details for information on how to change your
user information.

Ordering
Online
Step One
After you have logged in to RocketPromoshop
, select the product you want
from the catalogue. Click on the image to display the product information
page. Enter the quantity you want (the quantity displayed is the default
minimum order quantity for that product). Select whether you pay GST
and click the 'Calculate Product Cost' button to see a display of
the Total Price.
Step Two
To print your logo or message onto this product, choose a Printing
style and click the 'Go To Printing & Branding' button to see
a display of colour and position options. (For assistance in branding
selection etc, please go to the Branding
Guide or phone/fax/Email RocketPromoshop
with your questions). Make your selection, and then click the Close
Window option for 'Saving and Adding the Printing & Branding Cost
to your Order.' This will take you back to the product information
page where you can place your order. Alternatively you may wish to
print out a detailed quote on the branded product for approval or
transposing to a company order.- just hit the ‘Print This Page’
button to print out the full details.
Step Three
Choose whether to place the order in your shopping trolley for review,
or whether to place your order now. If you select 'Add this product
with the above quantity to your shopping trolley', please return to
your Home Page to review the contents of your trolley and to finish
processing your order. If you select 'Order this Product Now' your
order details will be displayed on the next screen. Simply, review
your order, advise a delivery date, upload your logo, select your
preferred payment type, specify colours and sizes if applicable in
the Any Other Product/Delivery Details field, and click the Process
Order button. If you wish, you may Email us your logo at a later date.
How to Pay Upon Delivery by Credit Card: If you select this as your
preferred payment type, please login to your Home Page when the goods
have been delivered and select the order number from the drop-down
menu. Then click the Pay Now button.
After the order has been confirmed on the screen, go back to your
Home Page. The appearance of the transaction in the 'Current Orders'
section of your Home Page is your confirmation that we have received
your order. (Some browsers may require you to click the Refresh button
on return to your Home Page.) We will then confirm the order, prices,
set-up costs for printing & branding, and any other details by
Email within 24 hours.

- Your order information is stored in our fully encrypted system,
which prevents unauthorised access

Placing
a RocketPromoshop
Order by Company Order
Some companies require an official company order to be generated. RocketPromoshop
makes this process easier by providing a Company Order Proforma that
may be printed out with all order details including the GST calculation
if applicable. Just click on Print Company Order Proforma and this will
automatically be routed to your printer.

Artwork Guide
Electronic artwork is preferred for RocketPromoshop
, although large Bromides
with PMS colour references can be used if no appropriate electronic
artwork is available.

The RocketPromoshop
art studio is a Macintosh environment, so we always
prefer files in a 'mac' format. Our main 'mac' programs are Adobe Illustrator
(10), Adobe Photoshop (5.5) and Extensis Quark Xpress (4.1). Artwork
will be accepted on Mac/PC Zip disk, Mac/PC CD, Mac/PC Floppy Disk (1.44)
or email sent in a 'Stuffit'mac format or 'Zip' PC format.
Preferred Format is a compatible Illustrator .ai or .eps vector
format. All artwork including fonts should be converted to outlines/vector
curves - this may be supplied from PC's as well as macs. If
the file contains spot colours these should be identified as Pantone
swatches in the swatch palette. Common programs that can used to create
EPS files include Illustrator, Corel Draw or Freehand.
Where halftone images or rastor files are part of artwork ensure that
resolution matches the size of the desired output. Photoshop files should
be CMYK and saved in a .eps or .tiff format. It is important to include
all imbedded images with Quark and Illustrator files.
DO NOT SUPPLY artwork as Acrobat PDF files or PC file formats
such as MS Word, Powerpoint or doc, bmp, & gif files. PDF files are
recommended for viewing purposes only. Photographic Images
In order of file preference: jpg, eps, tiff. We suggest that large images
(e.g. pictures over 3.5 megabytes in size) be sent to us on Zip disk
or CD Rom (not via email).
The original scanned image must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Bromide Logo Artwork:
Supply a large bromide of your Logo or corporate ID, with PMS colour
references. If possible also supply a hard copy with colours.
DO NOT supply hard copy artwork as letterheads, business cards or printed
brochures, as these do not have high enough resolution to reproduce
for the branding of most promotional merchandise and usually have to
be redrawn at additional cost.
Artwork Problems
If you are unable to provide the artwork required
by RocketPromoshop
, please contact your advertising agency, graphic designer
or printer - they regularly work in the preferred RocketPromoshop
file
formats and should be able to help.

Your Password-Protected Home
Page for Order Status & History Details
Your Home Page
- Your own home Page is displayed every time you login to RocketPromoshop
.
Once logged in, you can return to your Home Page from any other part
of the web site by clicking on the underlined ‘Your Home
Page (Order History) link that appears just under the RocketPromoshop
Logo at the top of each page.
- Your Home Page can only be accessed with your username and password.
For security reasons, your login session will time-out if you leave
your desk unattended for a long period of time. Should this happen,
simply login again at the Client Login area.
- Your home Page will display all your details as inputted from your
registration form. This information is encrypted and cannot be read
by unauthorised personnel as it travels over the Internet.
- Your Home Page is designed to keep you fully up to date with Information
about your transactions with RocketPromoshop
. The page will display the
following information:
1. The status of your current orders
2. Any special messages or updates concerning your orders
3. The contents of your shopping trolley
4. Product samples you have ordered
5. Products in the catalogue that you have bookmarked
6. A history of all your completed orders with RocketPromoshop

Your Password and User Details
- If you forget your password please go to the 'Forgotten Password'
link in Client Login Area at the top right of each page. Simply enter
your username or member number and your password will be sent to the
Email address you gave us when you registered. Passwords will not
be displayed on screen in the web site.
- If you wish to change your password, username or any other user
details please go to the 'Change Details' link in the Client Login
Area. Simply enter your new details and you will be sent an Email
confirming them. The new details will automatically be posted to your
home page.
